You will supervise and develop team members, facilitate treatment planning, monitor quality and compliance, support crisis response, coordinate care, and provide direct clinical services based on program needs. Company paidWorkplace Culture - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforceAdditional Perks & Benefits - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn moreKey Responsibilities:Lead clinical services within an assigned behavioral health or substance use disorder program while promoting high-quality, person-centered, and recovery-oriented careMentor clinicians and program staff through clinical supervision, coaching, consultation, performance feedback, and professional developmentGuide treatment planning, case consultation, diagnostic review, and clinical decision-making to support individualized care and positive outcomesProvide direct clinical services, including assessments, intakes, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy, based on program needsFacilitate clinical staffing meetings, treatment reviews, diagnostic discussions, and interdisciplinary case consultationsCollaborate with clients, families, healthcare providers, schools, referral sources, community organizations, and other partners to coordinate comprehensive careMonitor service delivery, clinical appropriateness, caseloads, treatment progress, staffing coverage, and program performanceReview treatment plans, progress notes, clinical records, and other documentation for quality, accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory complianceConduct chart reviews, quality assurance activities, and performance monitoring while addressing opportunities for improvementRespond to crises and complex clinical situations by providing timely direction, risk assessment support, intervention guidance, and incident follow-upCoordinate program schedules, staffing resources, workflows, and coverage to promote consistent and uninterrupted service deliveryEvaluate program outcomes and implement quality improvement strategies that strengthen client care, team effectiveness, and operational performanceSupport responsible program operations, service utilization, resource management, and organizational initiatives in partnership with leadershipPromote a positive culture centered on accountability, collaboration, professional growth, clinical excellence, and respectRepresent the organization professionally while developing productive relationships with referral sources, stakeholders, and community partnersEducation, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:Possess a master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health fieldHold active Missouri licensure, or meet applicable eligibility requirements, as a PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, PLMFT, LMFT, Provisional Psychologist, or Licensed PsychologistMeet the applicable criteria for a Qualified Mental Health Professional under Missouri requirementsBring at least three years of professional experience in behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment, including at least one year of supervisory or clinical leadership experienceDemonstrate experience with clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, crisis intervention, evidence-based practices, and multidisciplinary careApply strong knowledge of clinical documentation, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, quality assurance, and continuous improvementProvide experience serving adolescents, youth, adults, families, or individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders based on assigned program needsOffer Qualified Addiction Professional certification through the Missouri Credentialing Board or an applicable professional board preferred for certain recovery-focused programsAdditional Qualifications:Maintain a current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insuranceDemonstrate effective clinical supervision, coaching, team development, and performance feedback skillsCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, team members, leadership, and community partnersBuild collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams, referral networks, and community systemsExercise sound clinical judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making in complex situationsManage multiple clinical and operational priorities while maintaining organization, accuracy, and follow-throughPromote evidence-based, trauma-informed, family-centered, person-centered, and recovery-oriented practicesMaintain all professional licenses, certifications, and credentials required for the assigned role and programLead with Purpose and Make a Lasting ImpactStrong clinical leadership can change the trajectory of an individual's recovery, strengthen families, and help clinicians reach their full potential.
