Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: Help manage active loan files from application to closing Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, attorneys, and operations staff Collect and organize documentation Follow up on conditions and outstanding items Assist Loan Officers with pipeline management and daily task organization Help deliver a smooth, professional client experience Support database follow-up and relationship management efforts Keep files moving quickly and efficiently Qualifications: Mortgage experience Strong communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mentality Comfortable on the phone and with client communication Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr
