Contractor Customer Service Representative Fort Worth, TX 76177 | Hybrid after training (4 days in office, 1 day WFH) Compensation & Schedule • $18–$21/hr • 8-hour shift between 8:00am–6:00pm • W2, 1 year Contract • Start date: 9/8/25 (tentative) ROLE IMPACT The Contractor Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for consumer and commercial customers seeking servicing support via phone, email, or fax. This role ensures timely resolution of inquiries, accurate account updates, and delivery of professional, knowledgeable communication in every interaction. The position directly supports customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and operational efficiency through consistent, high-quality service delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Update customer accounts with address/phone changes and call documentation • Provide direction to customers regarding account issues and service requests • Explain payment methods and assist with related inquiries • Act as liaison between customers and internal corporate departments • Address customer requests received via email and fax, including document fulfillment needs • Handle escalated inquiries such as billing, tax, and title issues • Support resolution of title exceptions including state-to-state transfers, name changes, lease-to-loan conversions, and title deficiency research MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 2+ years of customer service experience inthe Automotive Finance industry- REQUIRED • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to handle escalated concerns • Proficiency with account management processes and data entry accuracy • Automotive titling knowledge or experience preferred CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Call center phone systems • Email communication tools • Document management systems PREFERRED SKILLS • Automotive titling and lien release processing • Experience with multi-channel service operations (phone, email, fax) • Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced workload LEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
