Johnson & Johnson Electrophysiology is leading in the field of cardiac electrophysiology. Electrophysiology is a specialty in the study and treatment of heart rhythm disorders in cardiology. The task of electrophysiology is to diagnose and curatively treat heart rhythm disorders (especially tachycardia) in a cardiac catheter examination with the help of electrode catheters.

We are looking for a Clinical Consultant (m/f/d) for the business area Electrophysiology for the Northwest region (Hannover/ Braunschweig/ Wolfsburg). To provide intensive customer support, a residence within the mentioned area is a prerequisite. This position is a permanent full-time position in the field of sales.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Consultation and support of medical staff in the operation of the Carto3 navigation system in electrophysiological interventions in the cardiac catheter laboratory
• First point of contact for hospital staff with questions about the product portfolio (consumables + capital goods) in the field of minimally invasive electrophysiology (EP)
• Optimization of interventions and increase of system utilization through project- and evidence-based work
• Actively driving the holistic development of EP laboratories and supporting sustainability projects
• Identifying potentials and responsibility for the revenue growth of our company
• Analysis of customer needs and goals for the sustainable development and expansion of customer relationships
• Link between customers and our technical team as well as other internal stakeholders

Your qualification portfolio

• At least 3 years of professional experience in sales, consulting, project-based work or long-term operating room experience required
• Natural science studies, technical studies, a study in medical technology, business studies or a similar field or training in the medical field
• Ability to creative problem solving
• Flexibility as well as motivation and willingness to develop
• High technical affinity or interest in understanding complex technical connections
• Interest in the exchange of scientific publications/studies
• Willingness for an outside service with a high travel component (at least 80 percent, mostly in the associated region)
• Fluent German and good English skills in speech and writing
