Join Volare Health as a Weekend Occupational Therapist, supporting three skilled nursing facilities in the Eugene, Oregon area. This role is perfect for a clinician who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making a difference through evaluations and patient care.

Schedule

Part-Time: Saturdays & Sundays
Flexible hours based on facility needs
Opportunity to pick up additional PRN shifts if desired

What You'll Do

Complete evaluations and screenings across assigned facilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes
Ensure timely and accurate documentation and billing
Support patient progress through strong clinical judgment and problem-solving

What We're Looking For

Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care
Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time
Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
