RN - Endoscopy

Day Shift: 4x10 Hours (08:30 AM - 07:00 PM); may shift to 07:30 AM - 06:00 PM with notification. Must be available for 1-2 weekends/holidays per month on-call shifts. Job Description We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy Department. The ideal candidate will have strong sedation experience and be proficient in the interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. This role requires the ability to function independently in a technical capacity, assisting physicians throughout the endoscopic procedures. Responsibilities Administer conscious sedation and monitor patients throughout the procedure. Provide care in the intake, sedation, and post-procedure areas with a focus on patient safety. Assist with setting up the procedure rooms and ensuring all equipment is ready for use. Perform scope reprocessing and maintain a sterile environment. Document all patient interactions and care in the electronic medical record system (Epic). Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have a minimum of 2 years of acute care hospital nursing experience, with a preference for ICU background. Valid RN license; compact license accepted. Current ACLS and BLS certifications required. Conscious sedation certification highly preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
