Behavior Technician PositionJoin a compassionate and collaborative team dedicated to helping children learn, grow, and succeed! The Center for Children with Special Needs (CCSN) provides center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. Behavior Technicians work directly with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills while following behavior-support plans developed by our clinical team.Compensation & HoursStarting Pay:Behavior Technicians (no RBT): $19.00/hourRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBT): $20.50/hour starting, up to $24.50/hour for 4+ years experienceSchedule:Part-time, up to 29 hours/week with flexible scheduling based on candidate availabilityHours of operation:Monday–Friday: 7:45 AM – 6:15 PMSaturday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PMMore availability increases the likelihood we can accommodate preferred shift requests.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct support to children receiving ABA services in a center-based settingImplement individualized treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA or Lead ClinicianCollect accurate data during every sessionCollaborate with clinical team members and caregivers to support progressMaintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a safe environment for all clientsQualificationsRequired:High School Diploma (or equivalent)Experience working with children (e.g., previous ABA experience, childcare, coaching, babysitting, education)Reliable, punctual, and comfortable engaging with children with unique learning needsPreferred (not required):Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - Paid Training for candidates seeking RBT certificationExperience in ABA or special education settingsPhysical Requirements for position:Physical demands associated with this position include walking / standing for approximately 80% of the day.Active with patients, including sitting, and getting up from the floor, sit/play on the floor for extended periods of time.Ability to complete skills required for Physical Management Techniques (PMT) to safely support patients.Be able to lift 40 pounds without assistance.Operating and working on a laptop, keyboard and/or iPad.Be physically present at the assigned job location.CCSN Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity employer.
