EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Monday - Friday

7:30 AM-5:30 PM

$25.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Operate skid steer equipment safely and efficiently to move materials, load/unload deliveries, and support daily production activities.
• Transport and stage materials, supplies, and equipment throughout the worksite.
• Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup in production and yard areas.
• Support construction and fabrication teams with daily operations as needed.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies and operate equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Work outdoors and indoors in varying weather and job site conditions.
• Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Previous construction experience is required.
• Experience operating a skid steer is required.
• CDL License Required
• Ability to safely operate equipment while following all safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work, including bending, stooping, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and equipment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
