Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts from September 2-October 7 at their Corporate Health clinic in Fowler, IN. Provider will see ages 2 and up for acute episodic care and ages 12 and up for physicals and wellness visits. Hours are Monday 8:00am-4:00pm, Wednesday 10:00am-6:00pm, and Friday 6:00am-2:00pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. IN DEA is also required for this assignment. Current open shifts are September 2, 4, 9, 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, 28, & 30 and October 5 & 7.
