Location UCHealth UCHlth Med Ctr of the Rockies, Loveland, CO Department MCR Operating Room Employment Details Full Time, 0.9 FTE, 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Days. Pay: $38.91 – $60.31 per hour, dependent on experience. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited or state‑board‑approved Registered/Professional Nursing program; BSN preferred. Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum 6 months of OR nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program. Valid BLS/CPR card from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or equivalent; card must remain valid through 60 days of hire. Responsibilities Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Participate in a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes. Prioritize patient wellness and evidence‑based practice. Precept new staff and contribute to a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment. Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Deliver direct peri‑operative, PACU, or operating room patient care following AORN and ABPANC core curriculum and certification standards.
