The CAD design work will include preparation of construction drawings for water and wastewater treatment plants, elevated storage tanks, pumping stations, and utility projects. Types of drawings needed are site plans, process flow diagrams, P&IDs, hydraulic profile, mechanical plans, sections and details which include mechanical equipment, piping systems, supports and instrumentation. Primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:Understands project requirements, scope, and deliverables, making informed decisions trusted by engineers.Prepare detailed drawings and layouts, applying theoretical and practical engineering knowledge. Performs design tasks requiring fundamental engineering concepts with minimal direction. The candidate must work well as part of a design team and communicate effectively. Candidate should have a positive attitude, a high attention to detail, a desire to produce quality work, and a strong work ethic.
