The Springs Living Caregiver Position
The Springs Living is hiring compassionate people wanting to build lasting relationships and memories with our residents. If you want to work in a fun, rewarding environment, look no further and come join our team! Caregivers provide a variety of services to our residents, including but not limited to:
- Support residents with their daily routines as indicated in their service plans, which can include helping with bathing, dressing, or assistance with personal grooming
- Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support our residents
- Collaborate in the development and revision of service plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches
- Answer call lights
- Work together on a team of caregivers and med techs
Schedules
- We are currently hiring for on-call caregivers with potential to become full time.
- Day Shift 6am-2pm
- Evening Shift 2pm-10pm
- Overnight Shift 10pm-6am
Qualifications
- Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening
- Genuine appreciation for seniors and willingness to learn
- Prior experience providing care to seniors preferred, but not required
