Description of the role:

We are looking for an experienced Automotive General Sales Manager (GSM) to join Genesis of Milford. As a GSM, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our dealership and ensuring that sales targets are met.

Responsibilities:

Manage the sales team and set targets to achieve sales goals

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue

Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth

Provide training, coaching, and support to sales staff

Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in automotive sales management

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong knowledge of the automotive industry

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $180,000 to $300,000 per year, paid weekly. In addition, we provide health insurance, retirement benefits, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
