Tax Manager

Framingham, MA - Hybrid; 3 days in office. Salary $135K-160K + Bonus. Responsibilities Sales & Use Tax – Systematize compliance across all entities to mitigate audit risk, including nexus studies and exemption certificate management. LLM experience helpful. Manage R&D tax credit studies. M&A Support – Provide internal tax due diligence for targets. Transfer Pricing – Maintain defensible documentation and policies to support international business and minimize exposure. State & Local Compliance – Manage franchise, excise, and property tax obligations. Vendor Management – Act as the primary gatekeeper for external accounting firms, ensuring outside resources are used only for specialized advisory needs. This role will expand into increasingly complex fund‑adjacent tax matters. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar. 5+ years of Tax experience.
