3x10-hour shifts, Tuesday - Thursday, from 07:30 AM to 06:00 PM.
Job Description
The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide care to patients in an outpatient birth and family clinic setting. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of triage, interpretation of lab results, vital signs monitoring, and patient education.
Responsibilities
- Perform triage and assess patient needs in a family care clinic.
- Monitor vital signs and assess pain levels.
- Interpret laboratory results and provide appropriate care.
- Implement patient education on lifestyle and medication adherence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality improvement initiatives.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Must have 1 year of experience in an outpatient clinic; ambulatory triage experience is preferred.
- Strong background in Labor and Delivery required.
- Active WA nursing license or Compact license.
- Certifications: BLS, AWHONN FHM.
