Join University Home Care Inc as a Home Care Assistant in Fenton MI where youll make a meaningful difference in clients daily lives by providing compassionate and reliable support in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and hygiene.
- Help with mobility and transferring safely to prevent injuries.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients quality of life.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior to supervisors.
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or personal care assistance is an asset but NOT required.
- Compassionate patient and reliable with strong communication skills.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a plus.
