The role targets control equity and structured capital investments across transportation, digital infrastructure, power & utilities, and other infrastructure assets.Duties and Responsibilities:Take a leadership position in deal teams analyzing infrastructure investment opportunities, including control equity and structured capital investmentsManage quantitative and qualitative due diligence on prospective investmentsCreate and present investment committee presentationsLead all aspects of investment management post-closing, including financing and disposition effortsCommunicate effectively with team members, investment bankers, company management teams, counterparties, and advisorsRequirements:Minimum 7-10 years of experience, including as principal infrastructure investorExcellent quantitative skills with experience building financial modelsBachelor's degree and strong academic achievement from top-tier schoolCompensation: $180,000 - $200,000 base salary (New York City specific)Apply for this Position
