We are currently looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our special projects team as a Landscaper . This individual helps maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and general safety of the property. He or she works with a minimum of supervision to ensure all areas of the property are maintained in a sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition by ensuring mason work at all properties is in excellent condition.

The landscaper will take care of all ground maintenance at Sayre Mansion.


The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of hardscaping experience. He or she must have the physical ability to perform all aspects of this job (lifting, standing, bending, etc.), must be reliable and trustworthy, and must pay attention to detail and take pride in his or her work.


Responsibilities:

• Perform all routine mowing, weeding, weed-wacking, planting, and other grounds and gardening work on the property
• Maintain inventory of supplies and prepare order requests
• Ensure property is always in show-ready condition
• Create a visually appealing guest experience across the property
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2 years landscape experience preferred
• Must be knowledgeable of and experienced with related tools and materials
• Working knowledge of techniques
• Thoroughness and attention to detail
• Excellent design skills
• Able to follow spoken and written instructions
• Able to work without direct supervision
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds continuously
• Able to work a flexible schedule, which may include working days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Own landscaping tools
