Drivability TechnicianLocation: Cerritos, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Hourly Rate: $38/hrAs a Drivability Technician, you're one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Ford, because you're responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance, repair, and diagnostic assessment of Ford vehicles. You'll use your knowledge and skills to keep our guests safe on the road, follow safety procedures and regulations, and contribute to Norm Reeves Ford's reputation for excellence.Your work is key in ensuring guests leave safe and 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Ford experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us!What You'll Do:Perform comprehensive inspections of Ford vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues.Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose problems.Cleaning and inspection of all partsExplain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customersInspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be madeExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsKeep work station clean at all timesWhat You'll Need:Full time availability.
