What you will do: In this role, you will be assisting Controls Technicians who are the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane customers in a defined market with a diverse commercial base including Healthcare, Process Manufacturing Facilities, Education Institutions, and Office Complexes. You will assist in the commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in a commercial environment. Uses cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units. Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions. Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weeks as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays. What you will bring: Technical Skills • Basic understanding of electrical and electronic circuits (Beginner– Intermediate) • Ability to safely use hand tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment (Beginner) • Basic wiring, sensor installation, and introductory software configuration (Beginner–Intermediate) • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings (Beginner) • Understanding of jobsite and electrical safety practices (Basic) Behavioral Skills • High willingness and ability to learn technical concepts and procedures

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $18.36 - $30.67 Compensation Type: Hourly Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
