Spa - Receptionist (Full-Time & Part-Time Shifts Available)

Position Summary As a member of our Spa team, you will work to ensure that guests receive the pampered, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience they are seeking. You will be responsible for booking appointments, greeting guests upon arrival, and escorting guests to treatment areas. You will also use your knowledge to provide information about spa services, treatments, and products. Complete payment transactions prior to or after a guest’s spa/salon treatment. Assist in maintaining a professional and clean image of all spa and surrounding facilities. Communicate all necessary guest information, allergies, and requests to the appropriate service provider. Qualifications Detail oriented with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in the spa or salon industry preferred. Previous customer service and cash handling experience required. Industry related certifications or education a plus.
