¡Estamos CRECIENDO! Buscamos un trabajador de almacén a tiempo completo para apoyarnos en diversas áreas como selección, empaque, recepción y carga. Necesitamos a alguien confiable y responsable, dispuesto a aprender, que disfrute de hacer un trabajo de calidad a un ritmo rápido y que tenga una gran actitud. Debe ser físicamente capaz de levantar, empujar, jalar o mover al menos 50 libras. Descripción del trabajo: La responsabilidad principal de esta posición es asegurar que el producto sea recibido, almacenado, procesado y enviado de manera oportuna y eficiente. Esta posición también será responsable de cargar/descargar camiones, mantener los niveles de inventario y tareas generales de almacén. Responsabilidades principales: Llenado de pedidos: localizar mercancía en el almacén según el ticket de selección y seleccionar productos con precisión para completar los pedidos. Operar equipos motorizados de manejo de materiales según sea necesario: montacargas, transpaletas. Asegurar que el producto sea recibido, almacenado, procesado y enviado de manera oportuna y eficiente. Recibir, identificar y documentar productos de acuerdo con nuestras políticas y procedimientos. Inspeccionar el material para verificar su calidad y reportar discrepancias. Responsable de asegurar que los niveles de inventario se mantengan y se envíen de manera oportuna y eficiente. Seguir procedimientos e instrucciones estándar para realizar las tareas asignadas. Realizar operaciones de carga y descarga de contenedores y camiones. Mantener el almacén limpio y organizado. Realizar otras tareas asignadas por la gerencia. Calificaciones: Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED. Experiencia en almacén y experiencia y/o certificación en Forklift. Capacidad para asegurar la precisión de los artículos seleccionados/empacados. Buenas habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo. Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación. Gran deseo de trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido con la capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente o como parte de un equipo. Resolución de problemas. Habilidades básicas de matemáticas. Detallista. Puntual y confiable con transporte propio. Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de equipo. Capacidad para estar de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo.
