If you're passionate about automotive repair and looking for a company that offers excellent benefits and work-life balance, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Perform a wide range of automotive repair and maintenance services on all makes and models, including diesel and hybrid vehicles.Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire installations, brake services, electrical, and more.Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, building positive relationships, and ensuring satisfaction.Keep up with evolving automotive technologies, ensuring quality and accurate repairs.Collaborate with team members to meet shop goals and contribute to a positive work environment.Training & Development:Access to AAA University, a comprehensive and employee-centric training platform offering ASE prep programs and skill-building courses.Quarterly advanced-level continued education programs through our vendor partnerships, including training on:ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)Hybrid Drive SystemsDiagnostics and ElectricalTPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems)Fully Funded Company ASE ProgramTotal Compensation Overview:Technicians will earn a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 - $25.00.Excellent and comprehensive benefits packages are just another reason to work for the Auto Club Group.Benefits include:401k MatchMedicalDentalVisionPTOPaid HolidaysTuition ReimbursementParental LeaveWeekly PayClosed on SundayFive-day work weekRequired Qualifications:Education:High School diploma, GED, or technical school graduate, certificationExperience:Minimum of 6 months' relevant experience in automotive repair or completion of a formal automotive training program.Knowledge and Skills:Knowledge of automotive and/or truck systems, tools, and technical resources and training to independently perform a variety of usually basic repairs and maintenance of automobile and truck vehicles.Understand and consistently demonstrate the proper use of equipment and tools used in such repair and maintenance, as well as the need to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Ability to consistently provide exceptional customer service and improve customer service scorePreferred Qualifications:ASE Certifications (or their equivalent).
