Clinical Specialist

We’re looking for a passionate Clinical Specialist to join our growing team and help bring an innovative medical technology to the forefront of patient care. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in critical care and cardiopulmonary health who thrives on disrupting traditional practices and improving clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Support new technology implementation across hospitals and clinical sites. Provide hands‑on training to physicians, nurses, and clinical educators. Champion a modern approach to managing critically ill patients. Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored educational programs. Act as a clinical resource and advocate for best practices. Foster exceptional user experience and adherence through ongoing support. Partner closely with sales to acquire new accounts and increase adoption. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of critical care/emergency medicine/telemetry/step‑down. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or higher. Ability to travel within assigned territory (2–3 nights/week).
