Mission-Driven Parish Finance & Operations Director

The Archdiocese of Chicago seeks an Operations Director to lead parish financial and operational strategy across St Alphonsus and St Josaphat. You will oversee budgets, tax compliance, and internal controls, while guiding school finances, buildings, HR, and communications in a mission-driven environment. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or business management, with nonprofit or church-management experience, strong QuickBooks and Excel skills, and a capacity to #J-18808-Ljbffr Archdiocese of Chicago
