Lake and Pond Maintenance Technician

Lake & Pond Maintenance Technician Location: San Marcos, Texas Pay: $18 per hour (Full-time) Duties / Responsibilities Load/Clean/Prepare the truck for each day Clean and maintain lakes, ponds, & fountains Perform aquatic vegetation control Perform water analysis Trash removal from client locations Help maintain a clean shop facility Other duties as assigned Requirements / Experience Ability to multitask and communicate effectively Mechanical aptitude Experience in lake, pond, or pool management preferred Valid driver's license preferred Experience in aquatic field, mechanical, and electrical maintenance is a plus Team‑oriented and aligned with Dragonfly's values: Quality Focus, Takes Ownership, and Growth Oriented Physical Requirements Able to work in all weather conditions Able to work in and around water, at times using a boat Lift/Carry 50 lbs or more multiple times throughout the day Physically able to perform all aspects of cleaning, checking, and monitoring lakes and ponds Benefits & Perks Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) matching Life Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Paid Time Off Holiday Pay Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Protective Footwear Allowance Dragonfly Pond Works is a leading environmental service company specializing in stormwater management.
