Overview First Chicago Insurance Company invites recent and upcoming college graduates to join as a Full‑Time Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee. The role provides hands‑on training in claims resolution, customer‑centric service, and a dynamic on‑site team environment. Responsibilities Handle incoming auto claims, investigate details, and evaluate damages. Correspond with customers, maintaining a customer‑first mindset. Shadow experienced professionals, learn systems, and gradually assume greater responsibilities. Manage multiple cases with organizational skill, meeting deadlines. Qualifications Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication (verbal, written, phone) skills. Previous customer service experience.
