This role ensures a seamless, patient-centeredexperience from initial surgical consultation through post-operative recovery. Serving as a central pointof contact for patients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams, the LVN Navigator facilitates timelyaccess to care, promotes surgical readiness, and supports optimal clinical outcomes while aligning withMarshall’s standards for quality, safety, and patient experience.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Licensure/Certification:· Current California LVN License required.· Current BLS certification required.Knowledge/Experience:· Minimum three (3) years in orthopedic, surgical services, or care coordination required· Prior experience in care coordination, navigation or population health preferred· Familiarity with pre-operative clearances workflows and post-acute coordination preferred.Skills:· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.· Proficiency in EPIC preferred.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.SummaryLocation: Placerville, CAType: Full time
