In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with shipping inquiries, tracking requests, and providing accurate information to ensure a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. * Provide shipment tracking updates and resolve basic delivery-related concerns. * Create, update, and manage service tickets with accurate documentation. * Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. * Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely solutions. * Assist with billing questions, order verification, and documentation as needed. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED required. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or customer service systems.
