Business Analyst MDM/RDM Mapping Lead Remote 1 Year Role Family Business Analysis Experience 9+ years Role Description

Translate business requirements and domain decisions into detailed MDM/RDM mappings, canonical models, stewardship workflows and testable acceptance criteria.

• Lead structured workshops with business owners, stewards, SMEs and source-system teams.
• Document source-to-source, source-to-enterprise and source-to-canonical mappings.
• Capture mapping conditions, multi-dimensional rules, defaults, exceptions, effective dates, versions and approval states.
• Document provider, patient/person, location, finance/HR and terminology business rules.
• Maintain the mapping decision log and resolve ambiguities with accountable owners.
• Define acceptance criteria for matching, survivorship, RDM lookup, mapping and publication.
• Support UAT, defect triage, steward training and traceability from requirement to release.

7+ years in business/data analysis with MDM/RDM mapping experience. Strong with complex enterprise mappings and source-to-target documentation. Good SQL and requirements traceability practices.
