Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel General Manager at the Residence Inn by Marriott located in Miamisburg, OH. The Hotel General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality guest experiences while maintaining company standards. Duties include managing budgets, leading the management team, overseeing food and beverage services, implementing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines. Building strong relationships with both staff and guests is a core component of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in General Management and Business Management
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and a focus on delivering guest satisfaction
• Proficiency in Budgeting to manage hotel revenue and expenditure effectively
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Miamisburg, OH, and lead diverse teams in a hospitality environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry, specifically with Marriott properties, is a plus
