Guaranteed Hours: 0 Requirements:
- License: Valid nursing license
- Certifications: Current CPR certification
- Experience: Relevant experience in skilled nursing or assisted living Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of patient care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients. Compliance / Notes:
- Background checks and drug screenings may be required.
- Scrubs are required as per facility policy.
