If you have a passion for precision, teamwork, and safety and you're ready to make a real impact in the fire protection industry—we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:Measure, cut, and install steel and plastic pipes in compliance with NFPA standards and local building codes.Attach sprinkler heads and fittings, ensuring systems are leak-free and properly functioning.Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to determine system layout and placement.Perform routine inspections, service, and repairs to maintain compliance with regulations and customer expectations.Collaborate with on-site contractors and team members to meet project deadlines.Ensure all work is completed with high precision and strict adherence to safety protocols.Document job details, including materials used, work performed, and site conditions.What You'll Need:Active MA Sprinkler Fitter Journeyman License.Proven experience installing, repairing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems.Strong understanding of NFPA standards, national fire codes, and local building regulations.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.Ability to work in various environments, including heights up to 30 feet and adverse weather conditions.Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and operate required tools and lifts safely.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within Massachusetts.Familiarity with OSHA safety guidelines and lift operations.Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.What We Offer:At Encore, we're dedicated to creating an environment where our team thrives and feels valued.
