Title Assistant Opportunity

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Title Assistant opportunity with a busy well-established Title Company for their office located in St. Petersburg, FL. This position will work out of the St. Petersburg office and will also provide support to the company's branch office in Tampa. The Title Assistant is responsible for below specific duties.

• Answering incoming phone calls for two offices.
• Opening orders in the Qualia system.
• Uploading relevant information required to initiate the transaction and title search.
• Ordering title and lien searches.
• Sending the final title commitment to the Processor/Closer team.
• Communicating with buyers to obtain necessary information and escrow funds.
• Sending the EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) letter.
• Assisting with other title-related tasks as needed.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• 1+ years of experience working in a title office.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Qualia software experience.
