Home Time: Drivers typically spend 1-2 weeks on the road, based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but occasionally, two-week intervals may occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking arrangements.

No Touch Freight: We handle all dry van loads with 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock wait times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily comprising automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles driven weekly. Base pay ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 for reaching 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes mainly cover areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to achieve 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance commences on the first of the month following 60 days. We offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts.
