Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions through detailed assessments, measuring functional abilities and establishing baseline metrics for treatment.
• Develop customized treatment plans that align with patient-specific goals and medical histories, utilizing evidence-based practices to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Implement hands-on therapy that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities tailored to each patient's needs.
• Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs, strategies for injury prevention, and necessary lifestyle adjustments to promote healthier living.
• Regularly monitor and document each patient's progress, making adjustment recommendations to treatment plans based on observed improvements or challenges.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate a comprehensive care approach that addresses all aspects of patient health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, demonstrating your foundational understanding of the field.
• Valid and current Physical Therapist license for the state of Florida.
