Location: Florence, SC
Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Pay: Starting at $28.00 per hour
Weekend: Based on case load; overtime may be required
On-Call: Yes, discussed during interview

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) to join a mobile imaging team in Florence, SC. This position is ideal for an experienced Radiologic Technologist who enjoys working independently and providing quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings.

You will travel to facilities such as skilled nursing facilities, correctional facilities, and home health locations to perform mobile X-ray services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and process X-ray examinations using portable Digital Radiography (DR) or Computed Radiography (CR) equipment.
• Transport and safely operate portable X-ray equipment at various healthcare facilities.
• Obtain high-quality, clinically diagnostic images for physician-ordered exams.
• Transmit completed studies to Radiologists for interpretation.
• Perform EKGs , as needed, and transmit results to Cardiologists when required.
• Communicate regularly with dispatch, management, healthcare staff, and clients.
• Complete required exam documentation and scan billing-related paperwork according to company protocols.
• Maintain assigned vehicle and imaging equipment.
• Provide professional and courteous service to patients, facility staff, and healthcare teams.
• Follow all applicable safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  

Requirements

• ARRT Certification – Required
• Active South Carolina Radiologic Technologist License – Required
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record – Required
• Ability to safely transport and operate portable X-ray equipment.
• Ability to work independently and travel to multiple healthcare facilities.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required. Candidates requesting an exemption must provide appropriate supporting documentation.
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push and pull portable imaging equipment weighing approximately 50–100 lbs.
• Use of vehicle ramps and pulleys may assist with equipment transport.
• Ability to frequently move equipment in healthcare facilities and patient-care environments.
