Automotive Service Advisor: Expert Customer Care & Repairs
Priority Dispatch Corp.
John Hinderer Honda in Heath, OH is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor. You will greet customers, listen to their descriptions of problems or services needed, and determine the appropriate service. You will prepare repair orders with time, cost, and labor estimates and obtain customer approval for additional work when necessary. You will explain the work performed and the repair order charges to customers, schedule service appointments, and maintain clear communication with #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
