Job Title: SQF-QC Supervisor

Department: Quality Control

Employment Type: Full-Time

The SQF-QC Supervisor oversees quality control and food safety programs to ensure products meet quality standards, customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and SQF Code guidelines.

• Supervise daily quality control inspections, testing, and monitoring.

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, allergen control, sanitation, and food safety procedures.

• Maintain quality records, documentation, and audit readiness.

• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Support SQF certification audits, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.

• Analyze quality trends and collaborate with other departments to improve processes.

• Ensure employees follow food safety and quality requirements.

• Two years of experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or food safety preferred.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

• Supervisory experience preferred.

• Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMPs, and food safety regulations.

• HACCP training or certification required, or willingness to obtain.

• SQF Practitioner experience preferred.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and wear required PPE.

• Flexibility to work alternate shifts or weekends as needed.
