Sales Support Representative

US Farathane is looking to add a Sales Support Representative to our Ford Business Unit, this role will sit on-site and supports our Corporate Tech Center. The Sales Support Representative provides support to the sales team/management daily to maximize the overall performance of the account/company. Ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated and team orientated with the ability to develop customer relationships to assist in the execution of their duties and responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Management team with daily sales activities and account administration.
• Prepare, process, and maintain internal documents, reports, spreadsheets, and customer records.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication of information to customers and internal cross-functional teams.
• Manage customer purchase orders from receipt through fulfillment and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Work directly with customers to resolve pricing discrepancies, contract issues, and order-related concerns.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and support long-term business growth.
• Coordinate and track engineering part changes, ensuring updates are communicated and reflected in internal systems.
• Monitor and update sales forecasts, ensuring pricing adjustments and customer demand changes are accurately reflected in real time.
• Administer and maintain customer web portals, including pricing, order status, and relevant account information.
• Troubleshoot customer order issues, account concerns, delivery challenges, and other service-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, preferred
• 1-2 years in automotive sales support experience preferred
• Advance skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
