Opening in 2025, this practice offers a unique opportunity to shape its direction while providing high-quality, patient-centered care with the full support of UVA Health's medical group and academic network.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Lead the development of a new practice in a growing community - seeking candidates
  with 3+ years of experience.
• Provide comprehensive primary care with a focus on prevention and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with APCs, supported by CMA/LPN staff.
• Shared call coverage with clinic providers and after-hours call service.
• Optional precepting; no hospital rounding.
• DAX Copilot: AI-powered documentation support to streamline note-taking and enhance patient care.
