We're seeking Fabrication Technicians to build high-performance Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) systems that bring fresh air to hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings across the country. What You'll Do: Join a world-class team in precision sheet metal production. You'll operate cutting-edge equipment-lasers, punches, press brakes, panel benders, and robotic systems to craft high-quality components in a climate-controlled, clean, and safety-focused facility . Choose Your Schedule: Four 10-hour days: Monday - Thursday OR Five 8-hour days: Monday - Friday Start your day between 5:00-6:00 AM , and enjoy flexibility built around your life. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience operating sheet metal equipment (laser, punch, panel bender, press brake preferred). 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience required. Basic computer and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, and read measurements in inches and feet).
