Data AnalystLocation: San Antonio, TX - onsiteDuration: 6 MonthsPay Range: $40 - $45/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)Role DescriptionsDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines in Snowflake to support insurance analytics and reporting needs. Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets across policy, claims, underwriting, and customer domains. Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Sigma BI for business stakeholders. Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and deliver meaningful insights to support strategic decisions. Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation across multiple data sources. Leverage statistical concepts (e.g., distributions, regression, hypothesis testing) to interpret trends and support reporting accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, actuaries, and business analysts. Support migration and modernization initiatives from legacy systems (e.g., SAS) to cloud-based platforms. Optimize query performance and ensure efficient data processing within Snowflake.
