PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Volume: TBD
• Case Mix: 50% Hematology; 50% Oncology
- Established referral base including breast, colon, lung, and prostate cancers
• Specialty Backup Available:
- 24/7 hospitalist and Intensivist
- Full specialty support across 54 specialties, including General Surgery, ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Pulmonology, and Gastroenterology
• Physician in Practice: 3; Gynecologic Oncology
• Support Staff: 2 APPs, Radiation Oncology, Infusion Therapy, Laboratory, and Pharmacy onsite
• Office Equipment: New linear accelerator and CT simulator
• Additional infusion suites and exam rooms



• JOB REQUIREMENTS
• OH medical license (or willing to obtain)
• BC in both Hematology and Medical Oncology
- If BE, within 5 years of eligibility
• Most recent NPDB Report (within 30 days active)



COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $550,000 guaranteed base salary
• $55,000 signing bonus + $100,000 student support
• wRVU (No cap)
• Six weeks PTO
