Bookkeeper

AmeriStaff Employment and Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support a local company’s accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping experience with a solid background in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable . Previous bookkeeping experience within a manufacturing environment is a plus. Benefits of the Bookkeeper: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay: $24.00+ per hour, DOE Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper: Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records. Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions. Assist with invoicing, payments, account reconciliation, and general accounting functions. Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation. Support additional accounting and administrative needs as required. Requirements for the Bookkeeper: Strong experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable . Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred . Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting responsibilities. Education & Experience: Previous professional bookkeeping/accounting experience required.
