This is not a back-office role. You will be the voice our customers hear regularly - building genuine relationships, maintaining open lines of communication, and helping ensure accounts stay healthy and current. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and comfortable owning a conversation. You'll work closely with our VP of Regional Operations and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, communicate account standing, and keep customers engaged.
