Project Manager (MEP) - Construction

This Role Offers Opportunity to play a visible role on technically demanding construction projects Direct collaboration with engineering, construction, and commissioning stakeholders Strong exposure to mission critical building systems and field decision making High impact position with responsibility for quality outcomes, issue resolution, and turnover readiness On‑site environment for professionals who prefer practical field leadership over desk‑only work Focus Lead field‑based quality reviews during construction, confirming work is progressing in line with design intent, project standards, and turnover expectations Inspect installed systems, materials, and workmanship across building trades, with particular attention to complex mechanical and electrical scopes Compare site conditions to drawings, specifications, and approved submittals, then flag gaps, conflicts, or incomplete work early Support a disciplined inspection process by using reports, checklists, and clear acceptance criteria to track completion and readiness Work closely with contractors, trade partners, engineering teams, and startup or commissioning personnel to keep installations aligned with operational needs Verify important field details such as equipment location, identification, component selection, installation accuracy, and overall completeness Maintain organized records that may include daily field notes, inspection logs, punch observations, and turnover support documentation Escalate quality concerns, unsafe conditions, or execution risks in a timely manner while helping drive practical corrective action Contribute field insight that improves maintainability, reliability, and long‑term performance of the finished environment Help solve jobsite issues by communicating clearly with stakeholders and supporting resolution before they affect schedule or final turnover Skill Set Experience in field quality, construction quality control, owner representation, or related engineering inspection work Working knowledge of commercial or industrial construction practices, especially within mechanical, electrical, and plumbing environments Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Strong observational skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies, incomplete installations, and execution risks Comfortable working on‑site and coordinating with multiple project participants in active construction settings Organized documentation habits and confidence producing clear field reports and issue logs Practical communicator who can address problems constructively and help move solutions forward Safety‑minded approach with sound judgment in field environments Background supporting technically complex facilities is highly valued Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline may be preferred depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Blue Signal Search
