Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Logistics Coordinator:

• Coordinate daily incoming and outgoing shipments and dock activities

• Help ensure freight is loaded and unloaded safely and on schedule

• Communicate with warehouse teams, carriers, drivers, and logistics partners regarding pickups, deliveries, and shipment statuses

• Coordinate dock schedules and help keep incoming and outgoing freight moving efficiently

• Manage shipping and receiving information using company systems

• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation

• Track shipments and follow up on delays, discrepancies, and delivery issues

• Support accurate order fulfillment and shipment processing

• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams regarding material and product movement

• Assist with stocking, inventory, and warehouse distribution activities as needed

• Maintain accurate shipment, carrier, and logistics records

• Help resolve freight, receiving, and shipping issues

• Maintain an organized and safe dock and shipping/receiving area

• Follow all company safety, warehouse, and logistics procedures

• Perform other logistics and warehouse coordination duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Previous logistics, shipping and receiving, warehouse, transportation, or distribution experience is preferred

• Experience coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments is preferred

• Comfortable communicating with carriers, drivers, warehouse teams, and other departments

• Experience using shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory management systems is preferred

• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a warehouse and logistics team

• Background Check and Drug Test Required
