Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description ABM is hiring a Human Resources Generalist for Boston Logan International Airport (Airside Division) to support approximately 250 custodial and security employees and front-line leaders. The HR Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, directly responsible for Departmental Development, HRIS, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Benefits, Compensation, Organizational Development, Administration, and Employment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability is preferred. Location & Schedule This role is full‑time, onsite (Mon‑Fri) at Boston Logan International Airport. Pay $70,000–$75,000 annually, commensurate with education, experience, skills, geographic location, and market data. Possible eligibility for company incentive or bonus program. Responsibilities Support, motivate, and promote the workforce by building a positive and thriving team environment. Serve as mentor and coach to managers/supervisors to enhance employee relations skills and knowledge. Administer and execute all Human Resources policies and programs for the respective lines of service. Conduct investigations into workplace concerns and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Plan, manage, and execute full‑cycle recruiting for front line and staff/management employees. Work with Safety Manager and safety coordinators to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local occupational safety and health laws. Assist and participate in annual processes such as benefits, compensation, and performance/KPI objectives. Provide guidance and support to managers throughout the coaching, counseling, and disciplinary process. Monitor training programs for effectiveness and legal compliance. Ensure compliance with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related business field preferred. Two to three (2‑3) years of demonstrated Human Resources experience. College degree or equivalent work experience required. Experience with a large workforce (300+ employees) preferred. Experience with employees located at multiple sites preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability preferred.
