Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Ascendancy Mental Health Solutions, you will primarily work with adolescents and young adults who may be struggling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) in New York State.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Mental Health Counselor or Social Worker, with five (5) years being highly desirable.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
